Chicken and Beer

Move over, Colonel Sanders. Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) is the new poultry of choice. Korea is full of restaurants offering fried chicken, often paired with beer. Each place had their own recipe and cooking method - a lot of places fry the chicken twice for a thicker, crispier coating. Other places fry the chicken in olive oil. The craze is even catching on in the US - Atlanta has several KFC joints, including "Love Letter Pizza and Chicken" which claims to have the best "mother-in-laws chicken." We prefer "BBQ Chicken and Beer," a chain with a location in Norcross.
